MacPherson Academy is a full-service, core subject school for full and part time students, featuring a variety of teacher-taught classes for high school, junior high school, and advanced 5th and 6th grade students.

Classes meet at 200 Colony Road in Lexington, KY. We are located in the lower level of Apostles Anglican Church.

A fifty-dollar, non-refundable registration fee must accompany the application before it will be processed. Classes are priced at $5.00 per half-hour, per class. Some classes are one hour, some one and one-half hours, some two hours, etc. A detailed schedule is available on the last page. Fees will be payable monthly in advance, by semester in advance, or yearly in advance; the first payment will be due by August 8, 2008. Submission of this application means that you are committing to one full school year for year- long classes and one full semester for semester classes.

Classes will meet for 36 weeks. A calendar will be provided later, showing holidays and vacations. Records and transcripts will be kept for full-time students. Full and part-time students will be given regular progress reports.

Parents are encouraged to meet with teachers either by phone, e-mail or mail, whenever questions and concerns arise.

Decisions on admission, faculty, curricula, textbooks, field trips, guest speakers and other activities are at the sole discretion of the MacPherson Academy Administration. MacPherson Academy reserves the right to accept or refuse any applicant. The Academy does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, creed, color, gender, national origin, or ancestry.
